So. You want to join? Great! This is so exciting! But while it's going to be tempting to want to jump right in, there's a few things you need to do first. BEFORE JOINING - Read the Rules. They are important, despite the boring process.
- Read the Site Works thread. This will explain how this site works and how you and your character are going to fit into it. It won't take long, but it is important to understand.
- Read and fill out the character application form. When you're done, post it in the character application board and wait for approval.
WHILE PENDING - Introduce yourself! It's hard to stay on a site if you don't know anyone! Say hi in the c-box!
- Start thinking more about your character. Read up on other characters. Start eyeing out the other member's threads and think about who you want to RP with!
- Draft a loose first post. Once your character is accepted, you can tweak it it any changes needed to be made, and post right away!
AFTER ACCEPTANCE - Fill out the face-claim form and post it in the appropriate board!
- Fill out the gender-count form and post it in the appropriate board as well!
- Start roleplaying! That's the reason you joined, right?
